Shoulder Training - Y3T Week 1 - Clean & Press

Decided to change things up a bit and try someone else's training program. I've been following Neil Hill's newsletter for a while now...subscribe here. His advice has been very good and aligns very well with my own ideas. Since our views on nutritional line up, I figure, why not give his training program a try? I certainly like variety and this program offers this. This is a week 1 Y3T shoulder workout. Enjoy! Seated DB Press 3 x 10-12 reps Clean & Press 3 x 10-12 reps Arnold Press 3 x 10-12 reps Seated Side Lateral DB Raises 3 x 12-14 reps Bent Over DB Flies 3 x 12-14 reps Oo-rah! ??
